Sub Regional Scheme Update

County Durham landlords are currently working in partnership towards joining together to provide one single choice based lettings scheme that advertises available properties across County Durham in 2009.

Partners signed up to the scheme to date are:

Derwentside Homes

East Durham Homes

Sedgefield Borough Homes

Teesdale Housing Association

Dale and Valley Homes

The aim is to make the process for finding a home much more simple, fair and easy to understand, and will only require one application form to be completed to enable you to note your interest in houses with many different landlords across County Durham
