I am looking to move house due to my brother moving out and now having a spare bedroom which I don't need, there is a garden which is fully fenced with a out house and gate, there is a small grassed area to the side of the property which can be used by residents, I have a bench outside my house so we can sit out there on nice days. There is a dining room to the property too which is large we use this as a play room. 2 bedrooms are big and the 3rd is on the smaller side but still got room for bed wardrobes drawers and toys. Bathroom has bath with electric shower sink and toilet it is a smaller bathroom but still room for some storage. To the side of the property where the grassed area is there is room for car parking can fit about 3 cars there however only ever seems to be 1 car there we don't drive ourselves so we don't use the parking. The house is in a quiet area along near st Bedes and shotton hall, bus stop right out side of the house with regular buses passing by comes in handy for non drivers. Hoping to downsize to a 2 bedroom house..
