Durham Key Options

Durham Key Options (DKO) is a partnership between believe housing, Karbon Homes, Livin, North Star and Durham County Council.

Our scheme is based around choice and we want to ensure our applicants decide where they want to live based on their own needs and wishes. We advertise properties on a weekly basis and you can search and apply for these by logging into your account. For more information on the types of properties we advertise, please visit the available homes section of the website.

There are two further pages under this section that will let you know how to register and then how to apply for properties once your form is activated. We want to make the process as seamless as possible for you, so feel free to let us know if we can be of any more assistance.
