Durham Key Options

2 bedroom semi detached house in Murton, shared garden path with next door neighbour but house has own front and back garden, bathroom is downstairs with a bath and over bath shower which I had fitted due to medical needs. Kitchen doesn't have space for a table but it does have room for washer, cooker, fridge freezer and an airer. There's a porch at the back door where I keep a shoe rack and great to keep dog bowl like I do so they aren't in the kitchen. I have carpets through out and Lino in the kitchen bathroom and back porch. 2 good size bedrooms both can comfortably fit double beds and wardrobe and drawers. My daughter has a big mid sleeper with slide and that fits in her room and still leaves ample room for toys etc. only reason for moving is due to being pregnant and expecting a little boy who won't be able to share with my daughter. Just wanting to get a head start on looking for a bigger property before I become over crowded once baby needs his own room, Very quiet street. Good size gardens..
