I am looking to swap my modern 2-bed new build in Dragonsville, Durham for a 1, 2, or 3-bed in Chester-le-Street. Please only message if you are in that area. About the home: Location: Situated in a huge, quiet, private-heavy estate just around the corner from Sherburn, yet tucked away from the main road. The area features a nearby retail park, fields, and a community orchard where you can pick your own fruit for free. I live on the outskirts of a farm so alpacas, horses and other farm animals are only a short walk away. Woods nearby, short walk to Durham City Centre. The retail park is on one side of my estate and the farm and old durham gardens (where the community orchard is) is on another. I am really lucky to have all this on my doorstep.
