2 Bed House – Looking for a Large 2 but ideally 3 Bed Mutual Exchange I have a well-maintained 2-bedroom house that I've lived in for just over 2 years. The property has: 2 good-sized bedrooms Upstairs bathroom Downstairs toilet Understairs storage cupboard Storage cupboard on the landing Built-in storage cupboard in the main bedroom Good-sized front, side, and back gardens, ideal for children Carpeted living room Laminate flooring in the kitchen Flooring in the upstairs bathroom The back bedroom has lovely views of the sea, the Headland, and Steetley Pier. The only reason we're looking to move is because we need more space. My disabled son currently shares the second bedroom with his 18-year-old brother, and the room is too small for them both.
